Arabeya Association Hosts 25 Students Hunter College

College represented a variety of academic disciplines, including majors in International Affairs, Political Science, Public Health Studies, Anthropology, Sociology, and Business. The diversity in the field of study from the students from Hunter College shows the growing demand for Arabic in virtually all fields of study. The program was organized by Dr. Dennis Solomon, professor of Middle Eastern Studies at North Eastern University, who after 17 years of managing study abroad programs in the Middle East, was looking for a program that offered "high quality Arabic instruction as well as a supplement to Middle East Politics".

While studying at the Arabeya Association, students learn Arabic through living and speaking in Cairo, a program that cannot be rivaled by language learning programs in non-native Arabic speaking
