Safety in egypt

This is my view about the security in Egypt, hope it helps to encourage students to come to Egypt to learn Arabic to Arabeya Center: I came from Spain to study Arabic language in August 2010 and I have been living in Cairo for more than one year, studying in Arabeya for the last months and very satisfied with the school, both the administration and the teachers, that have an excellent understanding of the student needs and a very effective metodology, combining grammar and practice of the language through films, books, conversation and other interesting resources. During my stay in Egypt, I had the privilege of witnessing the 18 days Egyptian revolution that made Mubarak step down and triggered all

There are two main aspects to put in your mind, if you are thinking of what to wear in Egypt, the weather and the culture. Egypt is a Muslim Country. Although it is not as strict as other Muslim countries, but still best to be modest. Especially for ladies. Try to show kind of respect for other culture. First, the weather in Egypt is hot in general. Light cotton clothes is the best to wear in Egypt, except if you went there in winter you will need a sweater or jumper as well. Culture Shock

If you’re coming to Egypt to learn Arabic for the first time, odds are that you’re from a part of the world that differs greatly from Egyptian culture and society. Superstition

Superstitions are present in every country of the modern world. And most people, whether they will admit it or not, follow some sort of superstition– whether it’s from a person’s religion or personal ancestry.
